SEE a CMS Stress Trigger in Action Showing Real Life Stress Data.

2 Emails were sent early on a Friday to a paying parent. The paying parent’s mindset was not to spoil the weekend so decided to open up the portal to read them on the following Monday morning. Often the ‘nudge policy’ of the CMS is to time their contact via e-mail or sms for maximum impact in their objective of collecting maintenance. Often this will be Friday’s even evenings and weekends. Yet they work in the week.

This paying parent had been hounded for years for arrears the parent DID NOT OWE and the Child Maintenance Service admitted maladministration after the parent had spent enormous amounts of time proving to the CMS, using their own case notes (2000 pages) obtained through a GDPR Subject Access Request, that the arrears were false and fictitious.

This paying parent had many 1000s of pounds forcibly taken, without notice, from the person’s bank account. Later was to suffer a magistrates bulk order FOR THE SAME DEBT THE PARENT DID NOT OWE.

So on the Monday morning the parent decided to open the documents of a revised calculation. Below is the fight or flight response showing the STRESS LEVEL at 94/100 (the person averages in the 20s over a week) and the person’s heart rate soared to 106 in the seconds leading up to opening the documents, downloaded from the CMS Portal.

The news wasn’t bad. But this is what happens to 1000s who suffer the CMS maladministration, inflated arrears and insidious enforcement practices the CMS carry out.

This paying parent was monitored for both stress and heart rate by wearing a personal monitoring device. The surge in stress was leading up to the 1016 in the morning opening and the heart rate demonstrates the point on opening the documents. Both are obviously directly related.

This is what a CMS Trigger looks like. This individual has received NHS treatment for stress. It only takes a moment like this for some to consider taking their lives and others achieving it.

All eminent scientists understand that stress causes harm and long term stress leads to very poor health outcomes and often mortality. This often inflicts costs on employers and the NHS + State support costs. Notwithstanding the loss of wealth creation for the family and as the Samaritans say for each suicide costs society £1.47m!
