Our thanks go to Richard Tice for assisting STOPSuicides UK in raising the issue that for two years we have been shouting through the rafters. The STOPS Campaign Group is working hard, gathering evidence to show DWP Ministers how IT and system errors are a widespread and regular cause of mental harms, highly elevated mortality rates and suicides.
The narrative is almost always what we term “The Paula Vennells Denial Narrative” exposed famously during the Horizon Inquiry regarding the death of Martin Griffiths.
We know what triggers as the Group have poersonally felt and witnessed the results and impacts of them and it is time Ministers stopped being defensive and demand a Public Inquiry before they face one ultimately.
