STOPSuicides UK is receiving multiple examples of different IT system failures; where automated systems are creating and maintaining errors.
THE DANGER IS THIS: e.g. We are receiving evidence where automated systems are notifying Paying Parents that they need to provide information requested by the Child Maintenance Service, we call the Child Maladministration Service.
One problem should be siumple to fix:
Many so called customers (we call victims) of this service are unable to upload the documents and evidence that this failing organisation and its digital service is requesting. The BIG AND VERY STRESSFUL PROBLEM IS THIS: If you do not send in what they request, you end up with an erroneous maintenance calculation and at worst automated enforcement processes if indeed you are unable to actually get the dispute process to work in a timely manner.

IN SOME CASES DRIVING VULNERABLE PARENTS, THE SILENT CAUALTIES INTO SELF HARM AND SUICIDE.

We have written to Director of CMS, Simon Hunter, and he never responds. Baroness Sherlock OBE does but denies any causal link between CMS and suicides. We have evidence to show she is misguided, misinformed or is following the DWP narrative blown apart by her predecessor Viscount Younger.
